MLM Success, Mike Dillard Teaches Attraction Marketing To Catapult Your MLM Success

MLM success

Mike Dillard, got started in MLM back in 2000; just about the time that replicated MLM business websites were available. He started out with the dream of becoming an MLM success, being an entrepreneur, generating a residual income. My goal, in this article, is to reveal to you a small piece of Mike Dillard’s story that you can apply to your company to get increased success.

Mike Dillard’s Story

Mike Dillard got involved in the MLM industry right out of school. He admits that at that time, he was very shy, had very little self-confidence and had no money. He had to get a job to pay the bills, and in addition, he had a desire to overcome his fear of talking to prospects.

He accepted a job as a recruiter calling 200+ doctors’ offices, every day, to eliminate the fear of talking on the phone to prospects. Within no time at all, picking up the phone was something he could now do with complete confidence.

Next, he took a position as a waiter at PF Changs. This allowed him to free his daytime hours to focus on multi-level marketing. Mike used every one of the traditional business building methods, attended home based presentation, gave out flyers, everything and anything without much results.

Mike started reading books and listening to various cds. He found out about target marketing, going after the prospects that were already interested in what you’re offering. He learned about leadership. He started calling 100 to 200 people from genealogy lists, on a daily basis, still without much results.

He would think about how life would be so much better if he could get prospects to get in touch with him. So, he focused on finding out what he must do to get at least 5 to 10 people to get in touch with him on a daily basis. He found a mentor. He learned about attraction marketing. Mike learned that prospects will join your team when they see you as a leader who can offer them value. He learned to posture himself as a leader, rather than chasing after people.

After struggling for over 6 years, falling deep into debt, and pawning his belongings just to eat, he finally figured things out, and discovered the art of magnetic sponsoring. At first, he made what he learned and used available to people in his company. Then he began coaching people, in any company, how to attract endless new prospects and customers to them.

Today, Mike has built a multiple 7-figure organization, leveraging the Internet, in the network marketing industry. He teaches clients that becoming a leader is a choice you make for yourself, now. It’s a state of mind, a role that you put yourself into. It’s the ability to tell somebody else what to do next.

Mike Dillard teaches people to stand out from the rest by being honest, having integrity, and giving value. Some key things that he tells people to focus on are:

1. Learn online lead generation and focus on one approach until you are producing 30 to 50 leads per day.
2. Learn to convert those leads into sales or prospects for your company.
3. Learn to talk with prospects on the phone and get them to join your team.
4. Focus on one goal or project at a time and do 3 to 5 activities every day to realize it.

In a recent interview, Mike Dillard discusses the amazing opportunity we have right now, in multi-level marketing, because of the global economy. He tells us what we need to do to position ourselves for MLM success.
